Description of the role:

 

•Managing schedules for multiple high level executives

 

•Answering calls

 

•Researching for development projects

 

•Creating decks and development materials

 

•Writing copy

 

•Awards Submissions

 

•Maintaining the company website and all social channels

 

•Managing company emails and maintenance

 

•Organize and track deadlines, follow up on tasks and keep department heads informed of progress.

 

•Work across all departments and communicate with internal and external teams

 

•Office organization

 

Qualifications:

 

•2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator supporting in media, entertainment, or agency.

 

•Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

 

•Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines promptly and efficiently.

 

•Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

•Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and coordinate with the IT support team.

 

•High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information.

 

•Creative thinker, who is intellectually curious.

 

•High-energy self-starter.

 

•Strong computer and presentation design skills including experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop is a plus.

 

•Resourceful, creative, collaborative, ambitious, and passionate about unscripted television and our work at B17 Entertainment.

 

Salary Range:    $55k-$65k annual (includes 10 hours of OT per week)
