Salary - $62,000+ based upon experience

Job Description

The Short-form Video Creator (SV Creator) is a highly creative and independent role. The SV Creator will be charged with producing a high-volume of short, shoppable videos. This includes creative concepting, production and posting. Often, the SV Creator will operate as a one-person studio, taking a video from ideation to completion on their own. The SV Creator should be an expert across all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The SV Creator must be deeply knowledgeable in the latest, native tools available on each platform and have an intuitive understanding of audiences and virality.

Job Responsibilities

Creatively develop a high-volume of short-form, shoppable video concepts (one to three per day depending upon complexity)

Shoot, produce and edit short-form videos, including graphic elements, filters and all visual & audio styling

Publish short-form videos using best posting practices across meta-data, titling, thumbnails, sounds, filters, descriptions and frequency rate

Maintain and report an analytics log of video performance

Direct and produce our host talent

Basic Qualifications

2+ years as a content creator on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube

Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and social media platforms

Expertise in any creator software tools needed to execute short-form, shoppable videos

Ability to work in fast-paced environments without getting frazzled

Nice to haves
