Our vision is to simplify the outsourcing of staffing a top-notch crew for your shows, movies, etc in all states without the worry if crew will show up and do a good job. It is also a resource for crews to connect and find jobs.

Liz Spano Liz was born and raised in Queens, NY and always dream't of a career in Entertainment. After college, Liz moved to Los Angeles to start her career in Film/TV, but not really sure where to start. She finally got her first job as a casting PA at Bunim Murray. From then on she moved around from different production companies, moving up the ladder. She has worked in the Entertainment Industry now for 17 yrs. She is a nominated producer who has worked on countless hours of TV. Her work spans across all platforms; from music videos, reality tv, game shows, and award shows to streaming platforms, film, scripted TV, docu-series, and documentaries. Some of her recent credits include “Let’s Talk About Cosby” on Showtime, "Welcome to Wrexham" on FX, Iron Chef on Food Network, Encore on Disney +. |

Rosie Ortiz Rosie was born and raised in New Jersey. Inspired by her uncle’s love for the film and tv industry, she developed her passion for film and tv throughout her childhood. During her college years, Rosie studied film production in LA and that’s where she fell in love with the industry. In 2004, following her dream, Rosie made a permanent move to LA with only $300 to her name. On only her second day in LA, she received a call from a friend who needed to hire production assistants for a show. Rosie immediately accepted the gig and her path was forged. She has worked in the Entertainment industry for 18 years doing a wide variety of projects like "Flavor Of Love", "I Love Money", "Expedition Impossible" and "Food Network Star". Her most recent credits include "Flea Market Flip" and "Kendra Sells Hollywood". |

They have worked on documentaries, docu series, specials, games shows, reality tv, competition shows, music videos, commercials, and streaming platform shows.
