ISO: Atlanta based Production Coordinator Full Rate Job

In search of an ATL-based Production Coordinator for a non-union Netflix Docu-series (Please do not apply if you are not local to ATL). 

 

Notes:

Prep is remote until we secure a production office

LP will be working remotely

8-episode series filming reality doc-style

The position is a mix of office and field. Must be comfortable with both

The Coordinator will have additional weeks of work in December and Jan when we do pick-up shoots

 

Responsibilities:

Execute daily production planning

Contribute to staffing, sourcing vendors and locations

Draft Purchase Orders and check requests

Support PM with field needs and logistics

Manage the Production Assistants

Manage crew lunch

Make sure vehicles are fueled and cleaned by the PAs

Reconcile own Petty Cash and P Card Envelopes 

One of the key team members of a small crew (approx. 15-20 people daily)

Communicate with PM daily regarding shoot day and upcoming shoot days

 

 

Qualifications:

Experience in Reality and Doc style shooting for television is required.
